The Podere is situated in a hilly landscape on the outskirts of Collevecchio (400 m above sea level) and 50 km from Rome (30min with car or train). The swimming pool with 2 showers (hot water) is for exclusive use of the guests and it is in panoramic position among oleander, palm and citrus trees. It has been totally renovated and consists of a main villa with 2 of our apartments, the owner's apartment and several outbuildings where there are 2 more of our apartments.
In the apartment, which is located on the ground floor, you will find facilities like a TV and a washing machine. There is a terrace with terrace furniture. Access is via an elevated porch.
For shared use there is an outdoor swimming pool of 6 x 14 m, opened from 31-05 to 26-09. There is a shower and toilet in the pool area. Parking space is available in the grounds.
Within 50 m you can find several restaurants and a supermarket. The bus stop is in 100 m and the railway station of Collevecchio is 4 km away from the accommodation. Please note that the photograph is a typical example. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.
