Balcomie Links is a friendly, family run small hotel, situated on the outskirts of Crail near St Andrew's.

Crail, with its craw steeped gables, red pantiles and white washed houses offers the artist and the photographer unlimited opportunities to capture the picturesque. St Andrews, the “Home of Golf” is just 9 miles away with its famous “Old Course” and with a further 40 + quality golf courses within 30 minutes drive makes the area a golfer's paradise. Anstruther is the largest of the East Neuk towns, and houses the Fisheries Museum, with Pitenweem and its working harbour, St Monoans with its famous church, Elie with is superb beach and Largo, Birth of Alexander Selkirk of “Robinson Crusoe” fame, make up the famous group of East Neuk coastal villages famous for their history and beauty.
Dundee is only 20 miles with its Discovery Centre, museums, art galleries and High Street shopping. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Crail and has 14 en suite bedrooms over 2 levels. The building is in Art Deco style and was purpose-built as a hotel in 1903. The hotel offers a comfortable accommodation to its guests.
Facilities include well-stocked lounge bar with large lounge and comfortable seating, used as a diner also. There is a dining room for more private dining and special occasions. There is also the public bar and games room with pool table, dartboard and dominoes. On the outside there is an attractive beer garden to the front of the building which is used for serving food, drinks and ales and a large private car park for approximately 20 cars.
