In the historical town of Nefyn on the beautiful Lleyn Peninsula, Caeau Capel was built in the late 1800s as a country house for the Miller family whose daughter went on to marry the Prime Minister, Clement Attlee, who was a frequent visitor to the house. In the area you can visit historic castles, archaeological sites, National Trust properties, museums, slate and copper mines and craft centres. Within an hour's drive of the hotel you can see Portmeirion, Caernarfon, Anglesey and go on the Ffestiniog Railway.
