Weissenhaus is set on 75 hectares of private grounds and consists of historic buildings in 400-year-old parkland, a 1-hour drive from Hamburg. The luxurious resort features a Michelin-star restaurant, a sandy beach with stylish beach bar, and free valet parking.
The spacious rooms and suites at Weissenhaus all feature contemporary interiors and luxury welcome packages. Complimentary toiletries, bathrobes and a hairdryer are provided in the modern en suite bathroom. The Courtier restaurant has 2 Michelin stars and 18 Gault Millau points and serves refined dishes in the historic picture room looking across the grand paddock towards the Baltic Sea. There is also a library, smokers lounge, billiard room, a mirror hall with chimneys, a cinema and an elegant vaulted bar with the Schlossküche restaurant, where tastings and cookery courses regularly take place. The Bootshaus restaurant is next to the 3 km beach and has 15 Gault Millau points.
On the beach and in the gardens, guests are offered free wicker beach chairs during the summer season. The Schlosstherme spa is set on 1,500 m² over 2 levels and includes a heated indoor and outdoor pool, sauna area with snow grotto, a steam room and fitness loft. Guests can also relax with spa treatments or at the Vital bar.
An exquisite breakfast is served until 12:00 in the Kavaliershaus in various salons with a view of the castle grounds. Guests can explore romantic pathways over the limetree-lined alley or the art workshop at the lake platform. at the castle lot as well as the Kunstatelier am Seesteg. Business and private events can also be hosted on site.
