The 4-bedroom cottage also features a full sized kitchen and separate recreation room.
A range of activities are available on the 120-acre property including golf, tennis, bushwalking, mountain biking, fishing and Segway-riding. The property is also home to over 200 Eastern Grey kangaroos, deer, platypuses, echidnas, wombats and over 200 species of native bird life.
