This 4-room apartment is on 2nd floor, with practical furnishings and a very nice view of the sea. It is a small apartment house from the 19th century. In the center of Camogli, in a sunny position, directly by the sea, in a pedestrian precinct.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 room without wardrobe with 2 beds and a through room with 1 bed and separate WC. The large living/dining room has a panoramic window and a TV.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher and a freezer. In the house there is also a washing machine. Please note that there is no lift, the room doors are 200 cm high, heating (extra) and garage (extra) at 3 km (motor access to 50 m from the house).
A shop, restaurant and bar are located at 50 m from the apartment, the railway station "Camogli" is 400 m away, shingle beach is 20 m away. Apartment is situated on the Camogli promenade in a characteristic Ligurian house, recently reconstructed with stone stairs.
